Warm-hearted, thoughtful, gentle person, with a dry sense of humour, a good pinch of cynicism, being up for a laugh and not taking life too seriously.
I used to work as a radio documentary producer, travelling to all sorts of far-flung places for the purpose. These days i lead a less globe-trotting existence and am quite happy here in my little home in south east London....
I'm a bit of an old fashioned romantic at heart and and love unspoilt landscapes, the Atlantic, rivers and lakes, my allotment (a great place for the soul as well as the stomach) and generally getting away from it all. Still up for the odd improvised adventure though.
As far as cultural tastes go, pretty discerning. Doesn't include Terry Pratchett or Strictly Come dancing.
