I am a widower living and working on the research farm that my wife and I set up 25 years ago. This has generated a unique environment that I (and my dog) love dearly. But there is space for the right person to join us and make it complete. I have two sons whose families include five delightful grandchildren - but, because of distance and busy lives, we're only able to meet from time to time.
There are always lots of comings and goings here, with people that work on the farm, people we collaborate with, and visitors. So it would be wonderful to find someone who would really like to join in and be a creative part of the whole scene.
Other activities? I like to eat out from time to time, to go to the hills and mountains in the north (particularly the Lakes) or to see other forms of land use around the country. Live theatre (lots around here) and live music (particularly jazz and classical) are some of the ways I like to relax.
